Water droplets

I attempted some water drops and splashes the other day and they have turned out quiet well. I use a flash and remote trigger to the right side of the drop and took over 200 photos picking out the best.

Wow man, I’m loving the effect of the remote flash, especially on the second shot. You’ve definately captured both moments at their most beautiful and critical points!
The second is without a doubt my favourite of the two, I love the lighting and the colour of the photo; how you’ve manage to capture each stage of the process of creating a splash – part of the drop is still there, morphing into the impact point, which has turned into a mini explosion of water (the splash itself) and the ripple as consequence of the water being disturbed.
It was worth the 200 attempts just for these 2.
